Classes in taijiquan

Class in the Trumpington Pavilion

Beginners are always welcome at any time on Wednesdays at the Trumpington Pavilion.

The classes are from 7pm to 9pm. The first hour includes standing post, silk reeling and Chen Xiaowang’s 9 Form. The second hour is currently on the 19 form. They are both good beginner forms to learn because they are short but have some of the fundamental movements of Chen taijiquan long forms.

Please send us a message or email to if you’re interested in attending. First ‘taster’ classes are always free.
